In the vineyard
Vines cultivated using certified organic farming methods since 2012.
Careful tillage between the rows, grass mowing underfoot.
This cuvée is a blend of plots from the estate and plots from our friend Pierrot, a 10-minute tractor ride away.
In the cellar
Harvested and sorted manually, transported in 350kg bins.
Vinification without the addition of any oenological products and the lunar calendar consulted before any intervention, from harvest to bottling.
60% Grenache – 20% Syrah – 20% Cinsault
40% carbonic maceration and 60% classic vatting. Sulfur-free.
Tasting
Ripe red fruit, festive nose.
A very open, easily digestible southern wine.
Ageing potential
Can be consumed young, peaks 1 to 3 years. Aging potential 4 to 6 years in a cool cellar.
