Sur le Nuage benefits from both loamy and gravelly soils.
In the Vineyard
Vines cultivated using certified organic farming methods since 2012.
Careful tillage between the rows, grass mowing underfoot.
In the Cellar
Vinification without the addition of any oenological products, and the lunar calendar is consulted before any intervention, from harvest to bottling. Sulfur-free.
35% Clairette – 35% Viognier – 15% Roussanne – 15% Grenache.
Vinified in three stages:
Direct pressing for 45% of the volume.
Short maceration of one week for 50% of the volume.
Carbonic maceration for 5% of the volume.
Tasting
The Clairette brings freshness and the Viognier brings fruit, while the Roussanne brings color and aromas to this wine.
Ageing
Can be consumed young, peak 1 to 3 years. Aging potential 5 to 7 years in a cool cellar.
