Isolated between 450 and 600 m above sea level, a former 11th-century convent, nestled in the hollow of the Dentelles de Montmirail, has been home to the Ferme Saint-Martin estate since 1964. The wines are vinified by terroir and by soil origin, using organic farming methods, without the addition of oenological products and with great delicacy. The latter are fine, precise, intense with, as a common thread, a minerality that is reminiscent of the Dentelles at the foot of which they are born. All the vintages stand out as sure values, from Ventoux to Beaumes-de-Venise.
